Daniel Groß


              Daniel specialises in information technology law with an emphasis on financial technology and project implementation. 

              Daniel's expertise includes IT-project assistance, copyright-law and contract design. He also provides advice on general terms and conditions, as well as software licence agreements.

              Daniel consults on new technologies, especially in the field of financial technology and Blockchain-related applications. Furthermore, he regularly supports companies with setting up and establishing web shops. He advises clients regarding data protection, as well as consumer protection and legal compliance.

              Aside from his legal experience as a lawyer, he has several years of practical experience in the realisation and operation of financial technology projects, ranging from launching mobile-payment solutions to the implementation of entire banking systems. His understanding of technical processes and procedures enables him to discuss the subject matter of a case with the technical professionals involved in it.

              In July 2016 Daniel successfully completed the specialist legal training (“Fachanwaltslehrgang”) for information technology law.
