              On the occasion of the signing of the “Charta der Vielfalt” (Charter of Diversity) by DWF Germany we would like to invite you to our event "Diversity as a Factor of Success" on Tuesday, 28 May, 2019, at 6 p.m. in our Berlin office.

               

              Key-Note speaker at the event will be Annette Gräfin von Wedel, founder of ANNETTE VON WEDEL CONSULTING. Annette von Wedel has long standing business experience with Deutsche Bahn, in her last position as head of Diversity Management. The focus of her consulting work is to help organisations understand and actively influence team dynamics while taking into account diversity. The main goal here is to manage diversity in a way that existing or potential conflicts can be avoided and opportunities for effective cooperation are made available.

              Sarah Charlesworth, Diversity and Inclusion Manager, will also present DWF's global Diversity and Inclusion Strategy. We would like to give our guests the opportunity to exchange ideas with the two diversity experts and each other at the end of the two presentations.

              About Annette Gräfin von Wedel

              Annette Gräfin von Wedel is the owner of the consulting company ANNETTE VON WEDEL CONSULTING, which she founded in 2018. After studying business administration at the University of Göttingen, the TU Berlin and the London School of Economics, she worked as a management consultant for several years. In 2001 she joined Deutsche Bahn AG. After various management functions in the Group Strategy, she became Head of Human Resources Strategy and was most recently Head of Diversity Management until 2018, reporting directly to the Human Resources Management Board.
