              DWF signs Charta der Vielfalt (The German Diversity Charter)

              The Charta der Vielfalt covers multiple areas of discrimination including gender, race, nationality, religion, physical ability, age and sexual orientation.

              Global Legal Business DWF has signed a voluntary commitment that promotes the recognition, appreciation and integration of diversity into Germany's business culture. 

              Michael Falter, Managing Partner, DWF Germany, commented: "DWF joins a strong network of businesses in Germany recognising that diversity and inclusion not only makes a difference to our economy but also makes a great workplace and environment for our people'. 

              Ty Jones, Director of Corporate Social Responsibility and Engagement, said: "At DWF we are on a mission to make diversity truly part of the way we do business. We want it to be part of our DNA. Becoming a signatory to the Charter is an important milestone for us on our global growth journey." 

              The signing took place during Germany's National Diversity Day on Tuesday, 28 May. 2019. The DWF Berlin office marked the occasion with key note speaker Annette Gräfin von Wedel who addressed 'Diversity as a Factor of Success', followed by networking with clients in Berlin.
